Bike Garage - Goldwing Drag Bike
The "Original" Whiskey Priest Drag Bike.
This was a stock Honda Goldwing 1200 Interstate.
Being it's purpose was for the drags, every fighting of weight was shed for the purpose of speed. It is really consistent. Runs really good. A few comments on the build: bike is running a GSXR600 front end goal amongst a Viper mini-fairing. Gas tank is vintage tin. Fiberglass tail department is NOS for a TZ250 from the 60s. Rear tire is a fatty Shinko 170-80/15. Front is a Pirelli 120-70/17. Bike is modified amongst a difficult tail girder strut. Pipes are stitch nether the bodywork together with out the dorsum amongst 2 chrome extensions. The pigment is a heavy metallic element ghetto gold. Really nice. Only cosmetic flaw on the cycle is the matte dark front end fender. Has a few stress cracks most the edge, equally seen inwards 1 of the pics.
Many, many novel parts throughout. Carbs were completely serviced. All novel gaskets. Radiator has been replaced amongst a scooped style, which is much to a greater extent than efficient than the quondam stock part. New timing belts. Also, novel clutch pack installed. Bike is charging, shifting through all the gears together with doing everything that it should produce to define a fully mechanical, functional motorcycle.
